Healing as a Community: A BIPOC Support Group

Group Objective: A safe, non-judgmental space for BIPOC folx to change their narrative and flourish their intersecting, multicultural identities. Members will learn evidence-based creative healing tools and have an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences. Given the current international and political climate, the group will be focusing on experiences of racism and xenophobia.

Group Facilitator: Michelle Ahmed

Duration of group: 8 - 12 weeks

Date and time of virtual meeting: Sundays 10:00 am - 11:15 am CST

Duration of meeting: 75 mins

Cost: Private pay & Insurance Accepted

  • BCBS PPO, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna

  • $75 per session

  • $500 in full for 8 weeks

  • $750 in full for 12 weeks
